Ōtāne Development
The Otāne Development brings 20 new affordable rental homes to a rural community, providing housing options for a variety of whānau. The development features homes ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, catering to both small and larger families. Completed by the NKII Housing Team, these homes are part of our ongoing commitment to creating quality, accessible housing for our whānau.
Whakaruru Crescent, Flaxmere
Our Flaxmere development delivers six modern, three-bedroom homes designed for comfortable whānau living. Each home includes 1.5 bathrooms, a covered outdoor portico area, carport, and garden shed, providing practical spaces for everyday life. These warm, contemporary homes will be ready for whānau to move into from mid-January, supporting the growing needs of the Flaxmere community.
